- Hi. I'm sorry for the delay in answering your spotlight request. Your wiki is in generally good shape, except that the main page could use an image or two -- for some reason the "recent images" module isn't working at the moment and it is buried at the bottom anyhow. A nice image to draw the reader in at the top would be helpful. You would also need to drop the edit protection on that page to only protect against new and anonymous users. It looks like you haven't yet customized the Community Corner message. Pokemon Tower Defense (PTD) (approved)
This is Spacho, an Admin over there. PTD is a very popular game and we do get a lot of views (162k this week) but mostly by lurkers. I feel that we should be in the spotlight because there's not much users to support us, 90% are Wikia contributors =(
Our Wiki is perfect :P 640 pages, no bad images, custom skin, giveaways. etc So for our sake, our Wiki needs some light! Give us some!

- Hi. Backyard Monsters looks like a very fun place to edit. It would need a few tweaks to meet the spotlight criteria. The floating image on the right hand side is blocking wiki functionality and needs to be either moved or taken down completely. Also you have a few too many short articles. Normally the criteria I use for stub articles is less than about 300bytes in length, but after looking through your content, most articles of that length on your site only contain a few words and maybe an icon -- the rest is templates. So in this case 400 bytes is a better guide, so that there are a least a few sentences of text content. You would need to have no more than 60 pages shorter than 400 bytes. Alternate History Wiki (approved)
I'm currently the lead member of the administrative team at this wiki. We've been spotlighted at some point in the distant past, I believe, though not recently by any means.
We've had a slight dip in users, etc. the last few months, and could really use some new blood around, especially to contribute to things other than the games people have made on the wiki. Plus, our 7th anniversary is coming up very soon.
To the best of my knowledge - we have about 17,000 articles now, so it's hard to be exact - the only issue could possibly be that our main page is protected. But, it's been that way for years following some vandalism well before my time, and there's been a number of occasions in the last year alone where people have vandalized things at random around the wiki, so it's really something that is needed.

- Just to let you know, (this isn't the official response though), but when the criteria says "200 non-stub pages", they generally class anything under 300 bytes to be a stub. You can see here how big all your pages are, and at the minute you have 54 stub pages and 163 non-stub pages.--Category:Acer4666 13:40, January 2, 2012 (UTC)

MotorStorm Wiki (approved)
I am the current active admin. of the MotorStorm Wiki. A frequent user suggested that I nominate the wiki for the Spotlight. I think the wiki could definitely use some additional attention - many fans of the MotorStorm game series don't know it exists! (although this may partially be due to the fact that many fans are non-english speakers). When I found the wiki myself about a year ago, it was in poor condition, with only 80 pages, with at least a dozen being duplicates. After being given administrative abilities by Ausir, myself and a few others raised the page count to 350 and added thousands of photos. Most of this info and photos came from various sources scattered around the internet, most of which is hard to find. GTA V Wiki
Hello, I'm joshualeverburg1 and am requesting that the GTA V Wiki be put up for spotlight. I am a administrator and am in contact with the founder and can say that we would both would love the wiki to be put up for spotlight. Our wiki is a little slim on articals (around 50) but since it is just me and the founder editing we desparetly need the spotlight to attract people to our wiki. The GTA V wiki is focused around the upcoming video game Grand Theft Auto V so we only have the little information we put on our wiki since the game has not been relessed yet. Our wiki is though very organized and updated frequently, we also have a custom backround. The GTA Wiki (not to be confused with GTA V Wiki) dominates the six GTA related games, where as we focuss our attention to covering in detail GTA V. A lot of people like the GTA games and are very much antisipating GTA V, so I have no doubt that we would get large amounts of traffic. I would really appreciate it if we could get the spotlight as we really need it. Thankyou

I'd like to request a spotlight for the Young Justice Wiki, as the show returns from hiatus on March 3rd, and we collectively feel that this is the right time for our second spotlight. Young Justice Wiki satisfies all requirements;
- I am an administrator, and in any case, the community has consented.
- we currently have 655 articles, 2 of which are stubs.
- our main page is updated semi-regularly and holds 18 images.
- every article is categorized, with the exception of 1 subpage.
- the wiki is stable, with 3 administrators, as well as 3 rollback users.
- we have been using the Wikia welcome tool, but as of the change to Message Wall, I am unsure about the changes made.
- our Community Corner is updated frequently.
- we have a customized background and skin.
- and all offensive language or inappropriate images are moved immediately by administrators.
If possible, we would be grateful if the spotlight could be made for around the beginning of March for the March 3rd return of Young Justice with the nineteenth episode, "Misplaced", and we would like the spotlight to reflect the airing, whether before, or after the specified date. Halo Fanon
Hi, I'm a bureaucrat at Halo Fanon. Our wiki was created in January 2007 and we currently have over 17,000 articles. Despite this, the site isn't as active as it should be due to many of the senior users losing interest and leaving, and not enough newer users to take their place. We have a very professional policy to keep writings and images tasteful, and activity ranging from every few minutes to as little as too every few hours. I am in this world, but not of it.

Shameless Wiki (approved)
I adopted the Shameless Wiki, well must have been over a year ago now, I've already more than doubled the amount of articles and brought the existing ones up to scratch. I'm still adding to the Wiki and fixing whats there but with both the UK Shameless airing it's Series 9 and the US Shameless airing it's Season 2 right now, a spotlight would be brilliant to capitalize on the shared airing time. - Hi. ShortPages just lists the first 1000 pages (or however many there are) from shortest to longest. LongPages lists them the other way. So that is how it's supposed to work.

Clash of the Titans Wiki
Hello, I am the Admin/Sysop of the COTT Wiki. I have very recently been placed in the developer seat, as all the other original editors have given up on the site. I have since completely re-designed and re-organised pretty much every page and category on the wiki, though the wiki has a small 105 pages, I can tell you that with every week that 105 pages increases in quality as each article has its own unique atmosphere, however providing an obvious connection to its similar pages.
Very soon, it will be March, and on the 30th, "Wrath of the Titans" shall be released worldwide and i ask that my wiki be placed in the spotlight, to both increase the popularity of a franchise many have given up on, as well as rebuilding the the interest many people have had, and still do for Ancient Greek Mythology.

Ultra Dragon Ball Wiki (approved)
I would like a spotlight for the Ultra Dragon Ball Wiki, please? The wiki fills all the requirements. 1: I am an active admin. 2: The wiki has far more than 200 content pages. 3: The wiki does have a picture, as well as important content on it. The wiki main page protection is not sysop-protected. 4: The category structure of the wiki is very good, and is often being even further improved. There are few, if not no uncategorized pages. 5: The wiki is very stable and friendly. 6: It does use the Wikia Welcome Tool, I believe. 7: It does. 8: The wiki has an Oasis and Monobook skin. 9: The wiki does not have offensive language or inappropriate images, the other admins and I make sure of that.

Roblox Wiki (approved)
Hey, I was wondering if Roblox wiki could be approved for spotlight. Yes, the main page is locked, but we've had a lot of problems with vandals on and off in the past, but most of those problems have resolved. We have a great community and three active admins and two semi-active admins along with countless moderators (a full list can be found here) moderating the wiki, along with over 1000 users (80 all week editors, and over 100 weekend editors on top of the 80, along with many users that pass by) and around 1350 pages. All pages that were uncategorized (as of Dec 25th 2011) have been categorized, and although we have a big community, we are looking for more experienced users. We are also looking for users who have created their own wikis about roblox because they never heard about us! - The requester should be either an active admin, or link to a discussion with an active admin of the wiki and agreeing to the spotlight.
- I'm a sysop at the wiki
- The wiki should have at least 200 content pages, not counting stubs. Very short articles (listed at Special:Shortpages) and articles marked with a stub template should make up no more than 1/5th of all pages on the wiki.

Merlin Wiki (approved)
Merlin Wiki has sparkled up over the last few months, but its editing has gone down. We have over 750 pages and over 4000 images! I believe our Wiki is one of the best, but not enough people know of it. I, myself am an admin and a bureaucrat of the site and I would like to request a spotlight. I believe it is the best way to bring users to the wiki, and statistically, gain popularity to Merlin Wiki, as well as Wikia itself. We also specialise in Blog Posts, with one of our blog posts getting a whopping 72 comments! We also have plenty of videos and templates. We have most of the features, like the Badges (customised), the Leaderboard, Top 10 Lists and Polls. We have roughly 10 active (passionate) admins so vandals on our wiki don't stand a chance. Please most consider this request, since many people from around the world absolutely adore Merlin!

Grand Chase Fanon Wiki
It is both a fanon and roleplaying wiki with these features:
- Proper usage of templates
- Has images and important links to pages at the main page
- Has rules and a starting guide for users
- Has polls
- Has recent blogs in main page

I am the founder of the wiki and, well, currently editing 27 pages. I saw Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter wiki with only 17 pages so I decided to put a spotlight request. The Lincoln Vampire Hunter spotlight you saw was for a wiki chosen by the content team to be highlighted; because the spotlight was not requested by the wiki it did not have to meet the spotlight criteria here. However in order to request a spotlight, wikis do have to have 200 non-stub content pages. I'm sorry; I realize this is confusing but if you look up this page you will see that the rule is applied equally to all the requested spotlights. - Hi. Randomonia Wiki looks like a lot of fun! I see a couple of small issues that with the criteria for a spotlight. First the main page edit protection would need to be dropped to only protect against new and anonymous users. There are also some uncategorized pages. Of a greater concern however is that the language on the wiki is not entirely clean (swear words mostly). To be spotlighted we'd need you to clean up the language a bit. The wiki would need to drop the main page protection to only block new and unregistered users (I see no recent vandalism to the main page). I am also a bit concerned that it is in the process of changing leadership -- are there plans to continue adding admins? Cheevo Archive Wiki (approved)
I am Tawatson, one of the active admins of the Cheevo Archive Wiki (aka. CA Wiki). The wiki is basically a guide to game achievements and how they are earned. The wiki started in Late February 2012, and has grown consistently with the help of the admins, our resident adviser Demise101, and the influx of editors on the wiki. We could benefit greatly from Spotlight by attracting users, who will edit the achievements, and by further extent the games and their plots, so further growing the wiki.

NCsoft recently announced that Aion 3.0 will be released on April 11th. At that time, Aion will be going Free2Play as well. It would be wonderful to advertise this via a spotlight. We have close to 7,000 pages of content already, but could use new editors with the new expansion coming out. I am not sure how you guys come up with the images for the spotlights, but something with the new blue Aion Ascension logo would be nice as well as mentioning Free 2 Play and the release date of Apr 11 if possible. Beyblade Wiki (approved)
Hello! My name is EdBoy3, and I am the head admin of Beyblade Wiki. See, a new Beyblade series is coming up and what better way to tell everyone about it than a Spotlight! I requested a Spotlight before, but that was last year and we would really want another one. Our wiki, the Beyblade Wiki, follows all of the criteria and requirements for a Spotlight though there is one problem. About the Short pages, we simply have too many short pages in our wiki. Well only about 500 are actual legit short pages, and the other 500 have over 500 bytes so I do not know how the remaining 500 are Short pages when they clearly are not.
I hope you can understand that. Most of those "short pages" are regular pages at the wiki. They are not even short, with ones over 1,000 bytes. That doesn't really seem to be a short page in my opinion.
Anyway, I hope you can understand. Beyblade Wiki has over 1,000 article pages, our Main Page has various pictures, with clear links to the most important pages, as well as not sysop-protected. Every article has a category, we are a friendly and stable place, not in the middle of choosing admins, use the welcome tool, have a customized skin, and do not use offensive language or offensive material.
I hope you understand and please respond as soon as possible, since we would like to introduce new users to Beyblade Wiki and obtain new editors! Thank you in advance! :D

- Hi. Beyblade Wiki looks great. The special page for short pages simply lists the 1000 shortest pages on the wiki in order of increasing length. For most wikis, the cutoff I use for "stub" length articles is around 300 bytes. So you would need no more than about 350 pages shorter than 300 bytes for the spotlight, and you have that. The only spotlight criteria I see that is an issue is that you have a bunch of uncategorized pages; could you please sort them out? Pokefan Battle Universe Wiki (approved)
I am the founder of PokeFan Battle Universe Wiki and would like to have a spotlight for it. It has been running a bit short on users lately, and would like to get some new users for it. The wikia meets all the criteria. It says that there are many uncategorized pages, but all pages are categorized, it is just it hasen't been updated since my admin and I categorized everything.
Update: The page "Uncategorized Pages" has been updated and has no uncategorized pages. I am one of the admins of PokFan Battle Universe Wiki, Omega. I am an active user on the wiki (when not at school) and help edit the wiki to help make it better. We are currently working on deleting unneeded pages and completing stubbed pages. The home page I only protected against anons and new users and has at least one pic. We do not allow offensive language or and inappropriate pictures. We do have a custom message in community messages and we are currently not in the midst of choosing new admins. Other than fixing the few flaws, we meet all the criteria needed for a spotlight.
