I am currently an admin on the wiki and want to be a bureaucrat. The founder and other bureaucrats are never on. I want to be able to give others admin rights.

Some info: Kperfekt722 last edited March 26, and last logged in April 18. Was contacted April 30 by Hades, so it's been over a week without response. Am going to make a link to this page on his talk.
Blue Ninjakoopa (other crat) wasn't contacted. They haven't edited since 2009, but appear to have been on more recently (May 2).
Other admin lasted edited in January, last logged in April 15. Wasn't contacted so will post link.
Besides them, there have been 30 other active editors so far in May alone. It may be valuable to create a topic at w:c:kidicarus:Forum:Watercooler and contact them about contributing input towards the discussion. +y@talk 00:18, May 10, 2012 (UTC)
