You have to preview your edit first before saving. Once you preview it, you will find a small "submit" button in the right bottom of the pop-uped page.  Cafeinlove ^msg 2012-05-17, 0:00 am(UTC+9)

Going to preview isn't strictly necessary. You can just add an edit summary and press return. Or, if you're feeling particularly lazy, you can just go to the edit summary box and hit return.
