How do I enable email via the wiki?
In my preferences, I have not selected, "Disable all emails from Wikia (overrides all other options)". And my e-address is authenticated, but
on Special:EmailUser/CocoaZen, it says,
This user has chosen not to receive e-mail from other users.

- Perhaps you forgot to purge the cache, and it loaded that instead of the new page.
