How to put the topic (or theme) “MonoBook” by defect?

- You cannot change that, the Smoke skin (or optionally its darker sister skin, Slate) is used as the default skin for Wikia wikis.
- When you create an account and/or log in, you will be able to change the skin to Monobook from your preferences. If there's community consensus on your Wikia to change the skin from Smoke to Slate, then you can ask a member of the Community Team to do it for your community. However, Monobook is not available as a default skin for everyone.
