Here's several reasons why Uncyclopedia can do it:
  1. It was originally found outside Wikia.
  2. It's a parody of Wikipedia, so they wanted it to look as much like Wikipedia as possible.
  3. Uncyclopedia has made special dealings with Wikia in the past.
