Hi. You no longer have bureaucrat rights on the wiki, which is why you can’t change user rights. Sophiaawesome went through the automatic wiki adoption process on March 31st, and that auto-adopt process takes bureaucrat rights away from bureaucrats. The reason the auto-adoption was available is because you did not edit on the wiki for at least 60 days prior to that. If you would like bureaucrat rights on the wiki again, I would advise talking to Sophiaawesome and asking her if you can have them back, as she will be able to add them for you.
