Um...Hi. How have a MediaWiki page for a normal user, specificly me on a site I am not an admin on? Anakin Skyobiliviator (talk) 02:46, May 15, 2012 (UTC)

If you're talking about setting the MediaWiki: (namespace) at a user access level: you can't. Wikia doesn't allow that since the MediaWiki pages edit the interface. This would make it all to easy for vandals to really trash a site. If they had JavaScript/CSS knowledge they could even make it impossible to undo the changes. STARFLEETACADEMY 03:20, May 15, 2012 (UTC)
In that case, is there a replacement? Anakin Skyobiliviator (talk) 03:30, May 15, 2012 (UTC)
In another word, is there something that act Exactly like MediaWiki but don't mess up the wiki's coding? Anakin Skyobiliviator (talk) 03:44, May 15, 2012 (UTC)
There is not. 22px-Logo.svg.pngTyA_userpage_image.png 03:46, May 15, 2012 (UTC)
To expand on TyA's comment: The only alternative to MediaWiki, is JavaScript. Which, guess what? is only accessible via MediaWiki. It's a vicious circle! STARFLEETACADEMY 06:31, May 15, 2012 (UTC)

*Epic Facepalm* >.< Noooo....Ah, shoot. Mm...That sucks, but anyway, thanks for the reply. Anakin Skyobiliviator (talk) 00:43, May 16, 2012 (UTC)

Would that be a triple-facepalm? :P STARFLEETACADEMY 04:47, May 16, 2012 (UTC)
What about a user's private .css/.js, or his/her global.css/.js file on other wiki, or on here (here is usually in the case of global.css/.js. --Batorhos 05:30, May 16, 2012 (UTC)
Okay... firstly could you please reply at the end of a forum page in the future please. No, personal files wouldn't work or else there would be no point to page protection. :P STARFLEETACADEMY 06:14, May 16, 2012 (UTC)
