I wanted to add something to the topmost box on the left side (the one which has the sitemeter) of the wiki I admin, but I can't find the link to it. Can anyone let me know what is the title of the page (i.e MediaWiki: page title ) which can edit to add something to that box? Thanks. Babar Suhail 20:10, May 3, 2012 (UTC)

The topmost box? You mean the header with the wikia logo and the wikia navigation? And what do you mean by "sitemeter"? --  pecoes  21:24, May 03, 2012 (UTC)
Typing 'Sitemeter' into the wikis search box turns up the result that it is located in Mediawiki:Common.js & the associated code was originally from runscape wiki. (Note it is on the right hand side on the oasis (Wikia) skin, i did not check under monobook)

Nope, I mean the box outlined red in this photo
This Box

Yes that looks like the box in the top right which common.js adds site meter to on the Oassis (wikia) skin that i followed from your link ! So the part of the code associated with sitemeter within common.js which adds it to that module is:-
function wikiSiteMeter() {
    if(skin == "oasis") {
	var $sidebar = $('.WikiaPagesOnWikiModule:first');
	var comboString = "<div style='margin-top:5px; align:center'><table style='width:100%'><td style='*'>PAGEVIEWS<br />SINCE JANUARY 2011</td><td style='text-align:right'><a href='' target='_top'><img src='' alt='SiteMeter' border=0 /></a></td></tr></table></div>";
		$sidebar.html($sidebar.html() + comboString);

This is only part of the js code without the bit for Monobook skin (Note for others - visit the wiki for the full section if you wish to add sitemeter to your wiki). The combostring bit adds the box with the data in from site to the first module on the side bar.
Perhaps one of the Wikia skin experts can give you more specific help on customising that module. Also customising that module for all users may have wikiaa terms of use implications if it effects the interface. - IHBTD6-Drott 12:05, May 4, 2012 (UTC)
I doubt there's a MediaWiki message for that box. There's probably one for the "Add a page" button.There's probably another one for the "Pageviews since..." text. etc. But the box itself probably doesn't have a message.
You can modify that box's appearance with CSS and you can you can insert new contents with JavaScript. That's it. (Probably.) --  pecoes  17:05, May 04, 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for the help everyone, I will let you know if it works out. Babar Suhail 20:30, May 4, 2012 (UTC)
