I would like to know how to:
- Add a logo next to the Home, Forum, Random Page, Create A Page
- Add a "mark as patrolled" button to Recent Changes, like on wikiHow
- Change the way talk page messages look

- To add a logo look at Wiki configuration#Site Logo for information.
- By default the patrolling feature is disabled on Wikia. You'll half to ask the staff to enable it. But do note that most users here consider patrolling more of a bug than a feature, so if you want it enabled be sure you have full community consensus, if you get it enabled just cause you want it then your community is likely to kick you around pretty hard.
