I've searched around for ages, but I really can't find out how to remove some of the category-tags on the bottom of each article! Please help me.. —This unsigned comment is by Marken4 (wallcontribs) 20:39, 20 August 2010 (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

Can you link the page in question? Mostly articles have category tags at the bottom of an article - but sometimes they're in templates ---- RandomTime 20:57, August 20, 2010 (UTC)
Do you want to remove the page from the category, or would it be sufficient to just not display the tages? --◄mendel► 21:16, August 20, 2010 (UTC) - The category-tags are "Person" and "POV Characters", but I need to change them both to just "Characters" —This unsigned comment is by Marken4 (wallcontribs) 21:35, 20 August 2010 (UTC). If you are using the CategorySelect tool, when you edit the page you should see the categories appear just above the summary field. Bly clicking the "X" symbol, you can remove them. By clicking the arrows symbol, you can change them.
If you are not using CategorySelect, simply erase where it says [[Category:Person]] and [[Category:POV Characters]] and replace them with [[Category:Characters]]. -- Deltaneos (talk) 22:40, August 20, 2010 (UTC)
You can turn the CategorySelect tool on or off in Special:Preferences. Whichever you feel more comfortable with. -- Deltaneos (talk) 22:43, August 20, 2010 (UTC)
