Hi all... sorry, I'm not used to this Wiki... is it acceptable to have a small image in one's signature here which links to their userpage, or is that not acceptable on Central Wiki?
I checked the Policies but couldn't find an answer... so please help me out here =)

- I can't see why a small image would be a problem, but it shouldn't be any taller than a normal line. Ose Talk • Contribs 16:10, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
- There is no official ruling but there are users consensus or more like etiquettes to follow in this forum, for example this apply also to template signatures but as i told there is no official saying or restriction except for the image user policy where the image could fall -- 18:28, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
- It may be my curmudgeonly nature, but I hope images and other annoyances will not be encouraged in user signatures. Imagine the arms race: you have a very sweet image that's not a problem. Then someone else will want something with a bit more punch. Soon people will have their family portrait gallery in each signature. It's not terribly relevant here, but the Wikipedia signature policy clearly rules out images. JohnBeckett 00:20, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
- The other issue that appears is that Central wikia is not a common wiki so then it comes to consideration what is the purpose or relevance of the image here... -- 20:26, 20 May 2009 (UTC) 20:26, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
