Hi guys. I'm Swannie from Logo Creation Wiki. We have 70 (give or take some) requests for custom skins for wikis. Since I was absent from Wikia for several months, because of school and other stuff, the requests just piled up and not many new skins were made. Now we are stuck with a bunch of requests for custom skins, for wikis that are now inactive.
My question is, should we still create custom skins for those wikis that have since gone inactive? Or should we delete those requests, and if someone adopts the wiki, they can just re-request a custom skin?
