Not sure what's happening, but Special Pages on Campaigns isn't updating. Delaware is still in the Uncategorized list, and the pages I'm creating from the "Most Wanted" list are still listed, but crossed out. Has something changed in the configuration? Chadlupkes 20:19, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

Wikia is apparently in miser mode (in which certain expensive special pages are not updated live (on each edit)). Before mediawiki 1.7 (or maybe 1.5) this would just disable the special pages in question, but as of the latest upgrades this causes them to perform page checks to see if the page in question exists (or no longer exists, such as on Shortpages) and then crosses it out. --Splarka (talk) 00:31, 22 July 2006 (UTC)

Just confirmed with JasonR, it is miser mode as Wikia is now too big to have it live for 1700 wikis. It should be done at least once a day for now, but hopefully there will be a way to update it more often on more active Wikia, or possibly 'on request'. --Splarka (talk) 01:41, 22 July 2006 (UTC)

The most wanted list on Traveller hasn't updated for a week. Is there a special way I need to get my Admin force an update or is there an ETA on getting this to work? Thanks. Tjoneslo 13:41, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
