- You might want to try the Italian forum. -- pecoes 00:15, November 29, 2012 (UTC)
Tooltip wiki
Hi, I want to ask you how to insert a tooltip (hint) on my wiki.
So as to wowwiki or so in other .. I wish there was the word underlined by dots to differentiate it from the link and hover cues with a cloud with any suggestion.
But as it gets'? : (
I searched the web and I've seen similar questions but I have not found an answer: (

- Actually I don't understand that either. Where do you see tooltips in the Wowwiki? I checked the Italian and the English version and neither seems to use anything special in that regard. Can you clarify that a little? Or link to an example page where they do what you'd like to do? -- pecoes 14:29, November 29, 2012 (UTC)
- c:wowwiki:Rogue_quests. Hover over "[Blade of Cunning]" (green text). It'll pop out a box displaying content that was AJAX-ed from a different page via action=render. Dragon Age Wikia has something similar (Hover over item names), although their's just pulls content via a remarkably complex template system. These were where I got the idea for making Reference Popups support custom popups, although I didn't bother including an automatic AJAX engine which may have been a good idea in hindsight. - That's pretty clever. It's not that complex though. Actually it's surprisingly simple. That's what makes it so clever :) -- pecoes 23:13, November 29, 2012 (UTC)
