Hello,
I would like to create a new wiki but his name is very uncertain.
It'll be about an association and the name of this association is uncertain too.
Do I wait the real name of the association or can I create the wiki and staff'll be able to change de name and url?

- Yes, sitename and url are changeable after creation. The choice to do so is made on a case by case basis. --Uberfuzzy
