What's an 'edit track'? The article doesn't explain... Dragonfree OVER 4,500 Animal Crossing Wiki EDITS 17:01, August 4, 2010 (UTC)
- Edit track is a new series of badges admins can create. They can choose specific goals (for example, adding 10 pictures), name the badge and track, as well as customize the badges. I will try and make this clearer on the help page. Thanks, --Sarah (help forum | blog) 17:51, August 5, 2010 (UTC)
Lucky edit Edit
How do you change the edit number for the Lucky Edit achievement? I highly doubt anyone on my wiki will ever make the 0th edit.
- The lucky edit achievement is awarded after every 1,000 edits; the 0 is just there as a placeholder. Ajraddatz Talk 00:05, August 7, 2010 (UTC)
When i try to change the badge images it won't show up. I'm using PNG/JPEG images but they arn't workingVegas adict 18:21, August 8, 2010 (UTC)
disable standard tracks Edit
Before I request badges for my wiki, I'd like to know whether it is possible to disable the standard tracks. Is it? --◄mendel► 06:03, August 11, 2010 (UTC)
I cannot edit this page again. It is so detrimental to this wikia that editors have to go through so many hops to be able to edit here.
Since achievements are listed on "leaderboards" please add this term so editors who are searching this wikia can find this page. Anno1404 14:55, October 4, 2010 (UTC)
What about if we use bots... I don't want my bot skewing the achievement leaderboards. Is this possible to turn off this feature for bots on our wiki or in general? --M1shawhan 03:05, October 8, 2010 (UTC)
Hi, i just noticed the transcluded help page for this topic has non-working links on community-central, maybe its like that on all wikis for all pages...
Check the links of images or any other link except those in the TOC, like "Suggest changes here" on top of this page to see what i mean...

At the moment you can only earn "points" for adding categories to pages. I would like a track for adding categories to Pictures or Videos. Put I can only add EDIT tracks. How can I get these two tracks? --Deb1701 11:07, January 26, 2011 (UTC)
The Creator Badge Edit
I created a wiki a few days ago so why havent I got The Creator Badge??
My wiki is here.
Deshkap 2006 15:00, February 15, 2011 (UTC)
Have you emailed the Wikia staff? Vgfsirius 17:23, February 15, 2011 (UTC)
- I never got one either. The problem is you can't earn badges until after you request ACHEIVMENTS turned on. You can't request them turned on until after you create the wiki. You can only earn badges from that date they are turned on forward. So, you can never get this badge. --Deb1701 18:22, February 15, 2011 (UTC)
I got it. You create a wiki, replace Main_Page with Special:WikiFeatures, and you can activate achievements there. You automatically get The Creator badge. Chronoquarium 22:15, April 28, 2012 (UTC)
Why do you only get points for adding a category to a page? Why don't we get credit for adding a category to a picture or a video file? --Deb1701 01:24, February 19, 2011 (UTC)
Too Big? Edit
When i try to change the image on an achievement, its too big! like this:
Picture error Edit
There's a picture error on Now That's What I Call Music Wiki and it keep using the same image everytime i'm using another one and whenever i'm saving it, the picture comes back.
How do i fix this? Now That's What I Call Editing 10:48, September 4, 2011 (UTC)

Is it possible to give a badge manually? I am asking because I am the founder of my wiki and don't have the founder badge. I made it two years ago, before the badges appeared. Fear is the gateway Luv is the key.....
Rename a trackEdit
Is it possible to rename a badge track? (i.e., change the category it works for?) - CJC 13:20, November 13, 2011 (UTC)
- No, but you can add new tracks. -- Deb1701
Deleting Unused TracksEdit
In the early stages of creating my wiki I got all excited when I saw the Achievements thing. I got a bit too track happy though, and decided to make a bunch of new achievement tracks. I disabled the ones I don't need but now they're cluttering my Special:AchievementsCustomize page. Is there any way to delete the tracks we created? - Erik 01:11, November 20, 2011 (UTC)
Try sending an email to the wiki staff about your problem. Hope this will help!
I have been trying to make new badges for my wiki called bloodygames.wikia.com and also new templates place send me some

Recently Earned BadgesEdit
There's a problem about this Achievement Features, and that's the "Recently Earned Badges" Column. It doesn't working recently. Please do something about it. Takato 02:17, April 30, 2012 (UTC)
I put up some achievements on broad categories, assuming that any subcategories would also be covered.
It seems like they aren't. I don't want to have achievements for every category but to have one set that is awarded for a set of subs. Monkey-_ 10:58, May 9, 2012 (UTC)
Can you ignore achievements?Edit
I'm a visitor on a wiki, and it uses achievements, and I think they just add "competition" to the wiki, which just makes visitors excited. As a user, can the achievements be not visible to me?

Special:AchievmentsCustomize doesn't exist Edit
I'm having problems with the special page for customizing achievments. Everytime I try to open it, wiki says I "requested a special page that doesn't exist", even though I have the achievments turned on. I tried turning achievments off and on again, but it didn't solve the problem. If it'll help anybody, my wiki is

Probably because you're spelling it wrong. Achievements, not Achievments.
Lucky Edit is confusingEdit
On my wiki, I have made 1,000+ edits and have not gotten the badge. Some other user made 300 something edits and got the badge for the 4,000th edit! What's going on?
GoWeegeeGo 21:05, June 6, 2012 (UTC)
It counts from achievements were first put in, and as it says, is luck based.
Lets say you 990 edits. Someone else does 10 edits. They get the achievement for the 1000th edit. Yami Michael 06:42, June 11, 2012 (UTC)
Editing track problemsEdit
When I try to add a new track, it doesn't let me and just says that it doesn't exist. Can't you name your own track even though it says that I can't? MyCool64's Page 12:18, June 23, 2012 (UTC) Btw, this is on the MyCool64 testing wiki
Lucky Edit mistake Edit
I made sure I got the 116,000 edit on my wiki, but I didn't get a badge. The reason I'm sure is because I check http://youngjustice.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Statistics. I checked it after I made the edit and nobody had made one within at least 7 minutes of my edit. Help? Thejluninja 15:18, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
Pictures error Edit
Hello, I am trying to add some pictures for badges on my Thomas Take-n-Play wikia, but it just shows an X and when I save it, it goes to the orignal picture. Can anyone help with this? Thanks appreciate it.Ivan Kakooza 16:15, July 9, 2012 (UTC)
Badges List Edit
There doesn't seem to be anywhere where all the standard badges are listed. An I wrong ? In that case it could be nice to make a page where we can see them all (or make so every wiki has a page that lists all the possible badges). What do you think ? SwissTHX11384EB 17:12, July 13, 2012 (UTC)
I know it's been said before but the pictures aren't working, I put in .png images 90x90. just like the default badges but they haven't changed.
I figured out what I was doing wrong, forgot to save each individual picture after uploading a new file.
Adding more badges on the Edit track?Edit
Like adding and achievement for making 1,000 edits, or 2,000 edits, on a wiki? Please reply soon :)
Help me! Edit
I still cannot understand how to create new badges. What do you exactly need to put at the create new track space?
This is drunkEdit
Template Edit Track Edit
I added an edit track for Category:Templates, and Have made several edits to templates afterwards, I haven't got anything? I've used different browsers and emptied by cache too.
I made sure the templates are included in that Category (I really believe edit tracks should be namespaces like Templates and Files along side Categories because not all templates are included in that category), do edit tracks include the articles in subcategories of the category you are including or just pages in cluded in that category.
i.e. FooCategory>Article2 is obviously included but is FooCategory>FooSubcategory>Article1 included too?
im ranked last on a wiki so this will help
