Creative Commons content is not copyrightedEdit

I add that not all Creative Commons licences are under copyleft because sometimes ShareAlike condition is not granted (CC BY, CC BY-NC, CC0), excepting for CC BY-SA, CC BY-NC-SA, CC BY-ND, CC BY-NC-ND (ND condition grants SA automatically). Lupigeo (◄) 09:41, September 22, 2013 (UTC)

Um, no, "copyleft" IS just a cool name for a form of copyright. Copyleft is also not a valid legal term, so all "copylefted" works are copyrighted in the eyes of the law. Master Foo (talk) 12:58, November 8, 2013 (UTC)
