Update Map?
Edit
Hey,
I miss the feature to regenerate the map, so that I can update it (replace picture). Because I write the wiki for a project, which expands and I don't wan't to recreate every pin and categorys...
Thanks!

Response
Edit
Hey StevensX,
Thanks for writing in about maps. So, I believe what you are asking about is changing a map image for a pre-existing map without losing the pins and categories that you have already created.
We have had a few requests for that feature to be added. For the moment, we are unable to offer that feature. Unfortunately, that means that if you want to change the map image, you must start a new map and add the pins and categories manually.
We do hope to be able to update the feature to allow for the change you mentioned, but I do not know when that will be.
I hope this clarifies things for you. I will definitely pass your request along to our dev team so they are aware that there is interest in this feature.
Best,

- Read Joey's response below, Wikia Maps are no longer supported -- Cube-shaped garbage can 08:20, May 28, 2016 (UTC)
- Oh, so does that mean they don't work at all now? :P ~ Heathstrid "Two axes are better than one!" 03:12, June 1, 2016 (UTC)
- No. That means if you are having problems with them nobody will be able to help you. Which basically means Staff can turn Maps off at any point. -- Cube-shaped garbage can 07:15, June 1, 2016 (UTC)
Not found
Edit
Uploaded a 512x512 map in .png format and on the 'Create a map' page where you enter the map name and template name, once I have filled out both fields and pressed next, "Not found" appears in red text at the top of the page and I cannot proceed. Any idea why? -- Haldarn (talk) 00:26, April 17, 2016 (UTC)
Downloading Maps
Edit
Is it possible to download the whole map background image in a single step? I know that they are rendered via tiling, but it would be cool to not have to puzzle them together by hand. Anybody got some help?
