I am reviewing which users are going to represent the VSTF in 2015. Honestly, I have not considered you an active VSTF member for a while. Is the VSTF role something you see yourself stepping back into in 2015 or would you rather focus on other things here at Wikia? If the latter, I'm going to remove the rights to tidy up things. Please let me know by end of this week.
You don't actually need to ask for permission; like all content on Wikia, Template:Portal is licensed under the Creative Commons Share-alike license, meaning that, as long as you properly attribute it (which I'll explain in a minute) and release your work under a similar license (which isn't a concern for just copying between Wikia wikis), you can freely reuse it. There are technical considerations that limit its reuse, though: the template makes use of the Variables and Arrays extensions, without which it will not work; you can request Wikia to enable these extensions on your wiki if you haven't already via Special:Contact.
Attribution, as I said, is fairly simple, and can be achieved in one of several ways. First is to use an attribution template like {{Wikipedia}}, which adds a notice to the template saying it was copied from another wiki and including links to the template and its history on the originating wiki; if you do this, the attribution template should be added inside <noinclude/> tags on the copied template itself, or can be included on its documentation page. The second, and my favored, method is to link to the original template in the edit summary when you copy it; you can create links between Wikia wikis (as I did above) by starting the wikilink with w:c:wiki: (for example, [[w:c:yugioh:Template:Portal]] resulting in w:c:yugioh:Template:Portal, or [[w:c:mlp:Template:Infobox character]] resulting in w:c:mlp:Template:Infobox character). The last method is to use Special:Export on the original wiki to export the entire history of the page you're copying, and then use Special:Import on the wiki you're copying it to, which preserves the page's whole history and makes it unnecessary to link back to the original page.
I need help with superpower wiki. There is a user HavenLuvsTheRage. He went all belistic to another user and I gave both of them a warning but he just went crazy and he dared me to block and I said what is your problem and he ignores me. He dared me to block him so I did but he knows how to change his IP addrass on his computer and sad is that the best you got and I blocked that and he just keeps changing it. Today, I locked my massage bored. He went to the other wikis that I have been too and saying I am going to destroy your wiki so all day I granted more rights for admins and attampted to lock over 1,600 pages because I do not know when or were he is going to strike.
To make a long story short just a couple hours ago my wiki was vandalized by its own admin,my friend (which is also an admin) had banned him,I want to take away his bureaucrat rights but it says I can't take them away, can VSTF members take away rights. If so can you please take away http://diary-of-a-wimpy-kid.wikia.com/wiki/User%3AIzzyfan Bureaucrat rights before he unblocks himself and does vandalizes the wiki more.
Sactage is right. Although, in this particular case, I think you've mistaken this edit by PlantyThePottedPlant as being made by Izzyfan, who was the next editor of the page.
To clarify, when I said you had new messages on my talk page, the Message Wall hadn't been enabled on this site yet. You can see the message here. In the above comment, Charitwo was referring to my sweet avatar. Sorry about the confusion.
Deltaneos' above message should clear up your confusion; Charitwo, Delt, and I were all making tongue-in-cheek references to the fact that Delt hasn't uploaded a custom avatar.
