Hi! I'v found this other JESSIE Wiki and I'v noticed that people swear on there and they're wiki contributors. There's already a JESSIE Wiki which is better than the one I found. In my opinion it needs to be closed, but I think you should decide.
This wiki does not need to be closed. It needs to be *rescued* from Trolls and Vandalism.
Wiki policy allows multiple wikis on the same topic. Despite wordings found on any, none (leastwise TV shows) are *official* as none are produced and maintained by Official Producers. Cause, y'knau, iffen they were they'd be hosted on their official channel websites and not Wikia.
Also, M.Wald, may I *personally* say: "Poor Show" putting up a Fake "This wiki is closed" announcement. That's the sort of thing a Troll does, and I'm sure you don't wish to be known for doing the sorts of things Trolls do. Amirite?
So, I love that there is this template, but what about if a certain TV show, like Teen Titans Go!, have two wikis. It's not fair that one wiki should gain all the credit despite another wiki also working hard to gain recognition only to not be advertised. How should we fix this problem? Maybe we should seperate the show's name in two or what? I updated the CN wiki list but not the template itself to include both wikis to ensure equal promotion to both. However, it looks kind of awkward with two Teen Titans Go! on it. Please help and thank you.
It actually looks like Template:CNFooter is the one most Cartoon Network wikis are using. You might want to check that one out instead.
I can't offer a definitive answer to your question. Footer templates are pretty much community efforts, and Central admins don't enforce rules on them.
Typically speaking, wikis who want to be on a footer template need to use the footer template - it's not really fair to the other wikis otherwise. If you do this, there's nothing really wrong with having two linked wikis.
However, these sorts of issues should really be sorted out between you and the other wiki's admin(s). The fact you've created a separate wiki kinda means you've brought the problem upon yourself. Note, there's certainly nothing wrong with multiple wikis on the same topic - you're free to create wikis about whatever you want. But you kinda need to deal with the inevitable duplication problems with it.
On the Stuffz Wiki the creator of the Wiki (Ghosto (now Weegeelover))'s sisterhacked his old account that he created the Wiki with called Ghosto and now he moved to Weegeelover but now his sister is constantly hacking his old account and we can't get rid of her since she's a Burrecat or whatever and she made another blocked user a Burrecat. I think the only way to get rid of her is for me to adopt the Wiki because if Weegeelover get's it then his sister can simply hack that account and it will start all over again. If you want proof go check out the Wiki. And if you do then please make Abcilikepie, Ghosto, and Secretwikiagent not Burrecats so they can't unban themselves?
It looks like Help:Main_page has been vandalized, perhaps by accident. (It was replaced by a paragraph of Portuguese text, talking about social media?) I was going to fix it, but it won't let me roll it back. Says the page has been locked.. ironically, due to excessive vandalism. Anyway, your name was on the notification, so I figured I'd give you a heads up. :)
There's a quick way to reverse a large series of edits without using rollback: you can go into a page's edit history and view one of the page's previous edit versions. From the old page version, you can click the "Edit" button and immediately publish the old version of the page -- that's effectively a slightly more time consuming method of a rollback, but you can "rollback" across more than one editor if you do that..
But yet everytime i do a google search for 'TG4' the old green and purple logo shows. We are having issues with people using the old logo and would love to have the new logo show up in a google search, is this possible? I have a feeling it's the old thumbnail that keeps appearing :) Thanks, Sinéad
I'm afraid there isn't much I can do. Google bots regularly revisit website for new content and changes, but it is unlikely Wikia much control over this. The image will change eventually in search results, but I think you'll just have to sit tight in the meantime.
