A user (i.e.: 126.96.36.199) on my wiki (i.e.: www.stormlightarchive.wikia.com) indicates to me that he is blocked. He states that I blocked him for use of abusive language but he is not on the blocked users list. I haven't actively blocked a user since the end of August. Can you help me figure out how to remedy this? He notified me of it 3 days ago. Thank you.
The blocked user should get a block ID when they try to edit a page. That ID can then be searched on Special:Blocklist. Just type the block ID with a "#" sign preceding it. That will locate the block and an admin can unblock if necessary.
Well, the block went away last night and the user now has access to the wikia. It would be informational to know just why this occurred and why I was attributed the source of the user's block, let alone the reported cause for it. I do sincerely hope that some at Central are looking into this glitch and I thank you for it.

The only way I know of would be editing your wiki's CSS to style the poll. It is possible to address certain answers, as they have their own ID's. But you have to keep in mind you have to undo these changes when you want to create a new poll.
