Im not sure what you mean by Widget. Widget is a very broad term to describe an extension to an interface. Have a look at Dev Wiki to see what is possible.
I'm afraid there's no way to do what you are wanting as there is no way to JS that link. It's pulled up behind the scenes, which means you need to know the user's name before page load and you can't know that. You will ONLY be able to do what you are wanting on a page that has the user's name in the title... like their profile or wall.
