You can find out block information using the block log at Special:Log/block, just type in the user name where it says "Target (title or user)" to search that way.

He was being mean to me. I asked to be friends, and he said to meet him on chat to learn about each other, and then I did, and I was holding the entire conversation, and then he told me he doesn't want to talk. That is inconsiderate.
Let me reiterate. No user is under any obligation to talk to you on chat, blocking someone on chat is them asking you not to speak to them. Continuing to annoy them via the message wall is harassment, it's that simple.
For your information, going to staff will result in them asking chatmods, who will back me up. I have logs of this incident and I'm am confident staff will agree with this assessment. Your ban expires in a week.

Insignificant could be a point of view, a perspective. You saw it as minute, whereas I found what he did unacceptable, so I perused, and for it, I got punished. Your misunderstand me intent.
Imperiex: In the few minutes I was on chat, you were told many times by chatmoderators to drop this issue. From my perspective, this isn't a big deal. From the bits and pieces I could gather, you were talking to TyA on chat last night. Then TyA said he was too busy to talk to you. All your comments on chat today seemed to be flamming TyA.
eg: When one person said "what's up", your reply was "TyA's a mean person, that's what's up."
I sent a PM to you telling you that TyA has his quirks, but overall he's a good person and a supreme chatmod. I don't know the full story (unlike the moderators), but I do know that the issue was minor and that nothing needed to be discussed of this. Just live out your chatban and apologize to the mods.
I wanted to be friends, it's that simple. So I perused the idea, explaining my vigor, through kind and empathetic messaging, and he said meet on chat. I did, but I began to notice I was holding the whole conversation, and he was only responding to what I said. Then after formally introducing myself, he said he doesn't want to talk, and that it's nothing against me. Then I noticed that he was still on chat talking to other users. So, of course, I took it personally. So no, he's not nice, and he's particular on his friend selection. Which would've been fine if he had told me he doesn't want to build a friendship with me, but no, he said, oh, it's nothing against you, and it clearly was.
