Hello, this is Toothless the Nightfury from the HTTYD wiki. I answered your questions (and was excited to do so) on my talk page. Is that how you wanted it done? I can submit them elsewhere if you would like, but I felt pretty sure just responding to them via the talk would be suitable. Thanks again for giving me the opportunity, it was great fun!
I'm LegalizeAnythingMuppets from the Disney Wiki and I have answered your questions on my talk page. It has been quite an honor to bring out answers for the Q&A of an upcoming project for the Wikia Community. It was pretty awesome!
Hi Matthew! I read your post on Metroidvanias. Have you ever tried the Shantae games? They are fun platformers where you gain the ability to transform into different creatures to access new areas. They're relatively obscure but recently [the fourth installment-to-be] had a very successful Kickstarter.
Also, mad props for the profile pic, it brought back a tonne of childhood memories.
Dragon's Dogma would definitely be interested in being part of the gothic element event. I believe I also posted in the blog 5 or 6 days ago (somwhere in there) that the DD theme in general would perhaps fit the bill. Please let me know if there is anything I would need to change to meet the event's requirements. Thanks for dropping in.
First, let me start off by saying that I have been blocked several times already on Memory Alpha. That being said I should inform you that said blocks were in retaliation for me calling out MA admin for their laziness because nearly 1000 STAR TREK actors are stubs with nothing more than series, episode and character name to their credit, I'm talking actors with storied careers like Ted Gehring, Ivy Bethune, MANY others. I have also called them on how they react to the actors of the J.J. Abrams films like German firemen responding to the Reichstag Fire instantly giving them full, vivid profiles but Lance LeGault who guested on TNG in 1989 has nothing to showcase his career. The latest block was a respnse to that, 0n my talk page, I was told the block would be in effect for a year. That was New Year's Eve 2012. We are now well into 2014 & I am still blocked. The administrator who issued the block calls themself 31dot. I hoep coming to you for help in this matter will result in the block being lifted & further retribution curbed. Thank you for your time.
Now *I* have no idea of what is going on other than your side in the forum, but chances are MA admins are unaware that your IP is still blocked. Most likely an oversight. Has happened to me on both sides of the block.
If I may, *personally* on the wikis I administrate I like to keep Actor and Cast pages minimal with links to their Wikipedia pages. WP is in a continual state of updating, and frankly, it is too much work to monitor and sync them with local pages. Minimal info rarely goes out of date, and WP links allows those truly interested to dig deeper if they so choose.
