How do I get chat on my wiki and make my friend an admin?

I created my own wiki, the Earthboundfanon wiki. I would like it if my wiki had chat, how do I put chat on there? Also, my friend Gotanks Jr. wants to be the admin. How do I make him an admin? I would also like to be an admin since I created my own wiki. It only says I am the founder not the admin.

I need help. There has been a misunderstanding. I'm sure you can do what I need. I was blocked unreasonably. I was chatting and someone named Jazzi came on the chat board. I don't even know if they are a boy or a girl. I have this joke that I used on other wikis and people liked it. I siad, "Jazzi is hot." Then a guy named Randomtime blocked me. He didn't let me finish. The next part of the joke is to say, "Why did you turn on the heater? Now (name here) is hot." I tried to tell him what happened,but he still was mad at me. I couldn't make hime budge. Could you help? By the way. I'm Gibie Dude.
