My super confusing load pattern

Can you create a program that will prompt me for my wikia and github username and password, log me in, get the contents of https://github.com/Kangaroopower/Scope/blob/master/Scope.js and then replace all instances of Edge in the file with Alpine and raw.github.com/Kangaroopower/Scope/master/Dialog.js with kangaroopower.wikia.com/wiki/Mediawiki:Dialog.js?action=raw&ctype=text/javascript&maxage=0&smaxage=0 After that, ask me for a summary and then push the file contents to kangaroopower.wikia.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Scope.js/dev.js

Hi there, I'm having some trouble with Pywikipediabot. I followed your wonderful instructions to the T, and completed them (I was able to successfully log in). I tried to run a simple replace command on a word, and I was greeted by "Notimplementederror text search disabled". I went to the #pywikipedia chat room, and they recommended that I use -Start:! instead of the search parameter. When I did that I didn't get the error, but it only looked through 25 pages, not of the Fallout Wiki but of Community Central Wiki! Now I'm worried I have several things wrong, and I would really appreciate any help you can give.

  When I made the file I used our URL, the short name I gave it was Fallout_Wikia (Underscore included) Is there a way to not automatically use the family file and I'm in the wrong? Also, I noticed Wikia was 34 as opposed to 43

  Well, here's family.py the generate_family_file.py look like nonsense as well. I don't know why it turned out like this, I followed the steps and logged in correctly. Would it work if I deleted this and manually entered the correct things?
