Please note that publishing multiple consecutive test edits to the public is not a helpful way to update articles. It means that any experienced contributors have an increasingly complex tangle to navigate if they try and patrol updates, and beyond that you made such a mess of one page that another editor went to the trouble of spot fixing all the problems you introduced and missed how you'd removed the categories and interwiki language links.
There are preview options available, and I urge you to use them. VisualEditor is itself one big preview, and Source editing offers a desktop preview and a mobile preview option. You should ideally be able to confine your updates to one edit, and people generally won't be too concerned if you miss a spot and you make one or two follow-up edits to get it right. But publishing half a dozen or so test edits is just getting you noticed for all the wrong reasons.
Long story short: Test edits = Preview
As for the block, you are nearly two-thirds of the way through it already. It will expire in just over a day.
I'm SilverFlight, I understand you extended the block for Byzantinefire to infinite when you refused to let him make the DisneyWiki and Tron Wiki affiliates, among other things that occurred between you two. But even though you're an admin, you have no right to outright ban him to infinity just because you can't settle a dispute. Commiting such a burden on another user who annoys you, and whom you accuse, makes you no better a person. You may call what Byzantine does harrassment, but he never had any malicious intent, he simply wanted the wikis to work together, and at least understand this advice: let things calm down. Byzantine does not want to aggravate you in any way and understands that copying the TronWiki upsets you, and respects what you want. What he only desires from the affiliation is a chance for the wikias to cooperate and build a good relationship than the current one you reject from him. I don't care if you disagree to become affiliates, but getting your revenge by changing it the ban to infinity is a petty thing to do, not for an admin at all, such an act only makes yourself worse. Let things calm down, and respect what Byzantine wants as much as what you want, that is all I have to say.
You're asking me to respect someone who spends six months pestering me with the same recycled question after I gave my verdict on it. And you do this after suggesting that a block I labeled for "Harassment" is actually an act of revenge.
The only thing you've convinced me of here is that I made the right decision in keeping your group as far away from me as possible.
But why don't you want to Affiliate Tron Wiki with DisneyWiki why can't i use its wordmark for the Affiliates page its not hard to do so why so adamant about it? all the other Wiki's accepted quite easily and they didnt see my messaging as an attack so why are you so rejectful about all this, http://disney.wikia.com/wiki/DisneyWiki:Affiliates i just want the Tron Wiki wordmark on this page is that so hard to ask?
You have no right calling that harrassment and how you possibly be this narrowminded and how dare you call me a leech at least i'm building something important and you are totaly unfair and i havent used Tron Wiki's material in months and becides alot of users copy content from other wiki's and Wikipedia and i won't stop trying to make Tron Wiki an Affiliate for DisneyWiki because i love Tron.
Hi, it's Jeyo. I would like to say that, for a first offense, blocking me without warning and for 3 months is quite a stiff punishment. I've learned my lesson and have never before, nor will I in the future, violate that rule again. If you could unblock me or at least shorten the block time that would be great.
