Yeah, so far I have not gotten a response on skype yet, so I would advise you to do it the official way, by contacting Staff either through Special:Contact/rename-account or through Special:Contact/general. Explain the situation and they'll tell you what options there are available.
Hi. You speak Icelandic? That's cool! Currently, there is a section IS ・ Íslensku on the Template:WLB page. I need to move it to the WLB wiki in order for you to join. For this, I need a bit of Icelandic translations:
Oh, I'm so sorry, it seems like I mistyped the end template! It should be at w:c:wlb:Template:WLB-end/is. For help translating the words, I think "babel" would be "málkassi". You can use Wikipedia:Málkassi to see short descriptions of the babel levels, and use the words they use.
And I won't ask you why, otherwise I have much language interests to explain too! Icelandic sounds a bit like the German of Scandinavian languages -- it still uses cases too and has a ß that no other European language seems to use, where other west Germanic languages are more renovating.
I have finally gotten around to linking the English and Spanish wikis for Revolution. I am trying to use your blog post, Your wiki, internationalized as a guide, but I can't quite figure out the exact steps to add interlanguage links to articles. Do you have any suggestions or advice on this?
Thanks! That was a lot easier than I thought; I can handle it from here. I'll share this with HuellasDelSur, the admin on the Spanish Revolution wiki. I'm studying to be an interpreter, so this kind of thing is really interesting to me
Well you know there could still be people watching it later and reading up on it then. So it remains useful to have well-written articles there :) and that's a good thing, you could also check if the Destiny Wiki has other-language versions too and work on linking them as well, now that you've got the experience how to.
Good point. Some of the articles do need to be filled out or updated, but I'm the only one there most of the time. There is a Spanish and a Japanese version of the Destiny wiki, but so far someone else has been taking care of those links.
Oh, that's nice. Also, if you ever need someone to communicate with an admin or user of the Japanese version, I can help with that -- I'm studying Japanese currently, I can speak and write it sufficiently.
