How to get the most out of Staff Office Hours
  • Read our general guidelines for Chat on Community Central.
  • If you have specific help requests, come prepared with examples. A great example would be, "I really want my main page to look like ___ wiki, how did they do it?".
  • During Office Hours, try not to private message staff. Chances are that if you have a question, others may be interested in asking the same thing. Don't be upset if staff doesn't respond to your PM right away, as they'll be very busy trying to respond to everyone. Office Hours is a time for staff to be in the main conversation.
