Hey guys,
I need a bit of help. Do any of you know how to change the admin small icon on a Chat ? Normally, it is a star, but I would like to change that.
Thanks so much,
Gogobell.

The Choices: Stories You Play Wiki.
And that's the logo:
So, because you want to change it for admins instead of chat moderators, it is going to be a little different. Go here and add:
.badge svg#wds-avatar-badge-admin { visibility: hidden; } [data-user="admin's username"] .badge { background-position: center; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-image: url('vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/choices-stories-you-play/images/a/ae/Capture_d-e-cran_2017-06-22_a-_1.14.21_PM_burned.png/revision/latest'); background-size: 18px auto; }
You will need to insert the admin's username where indicated. For example, the following should work for all the current admins.
.badge svg#wds-avatar-badge-admin { visibility: hidden; } [data-user="WolfOfWinterfell"] .badge, [data-user="Gogobell"] .badge { background-position: center; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-image: url('vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/choices-stories-you-play/images/a/ae/Capture_d-e-cran_2017-06-22_a-_1.14.21_PM_burned.png/revision/latest'); background-size: 18px auto; }
Thank you ! I've entered it, for now it doesn't work, I'll see if that changes soon.
Oh! That might be because I have a typo in my answer. It should be:
.badge svg#wds-avatar-badges-admin { visibility: hidden; }
Note the plural form of "badge".
Mm...I changed it but now there is just no icon that appears. It still seems to be better progress than before.
So the star is gone...but the image doesn't appear ? Any idea on how to fix it ?
It is possible it may be being overridden by something else. However, I cannot tell unless we are in your chat at the same time. Also, as a side tip, it is generally considered a bad sign if you have to use "!important" in your CSS. Ideally you want to use the normal selector precedence. As soon as "!important" is used, all conflicting CSS, whether upstream or downstream, is overridden.
No worries, thanks anyways !!
So, I tested in another chat and it seems that something is overriding:
background-position: center;
I haven't been able to figure out what it is yet as I don't see any other CSS that specifies the background position. I suppose, for now, you could achieve this using my least preferred method:
background-position: center !important;
Leave it, I don't need it anymore...I'm leaving Fandom Wikia for "reasons".
Good luck and thanks for the effort :)
