  • As l know Wiki only lets Users 13 or older to Acess Fandom Wikipedia but the question is, if l am not registered and l talking as a unregistered fandom User will it still be illegal to still be a unregistered fandom user because l simply want to talk on a wiki to ask questions and to sake answers that are not found on articles. Also l wasn't sure what Board l had to post this in so sorry if l did put it in the wrong one.

    • Hello. No, it's not illegal to talk as an unregistered FANDOM user but it's best to make a free account so you can actually join wikis of subjects you love and make friends and whatnot, all possible if you are 13 years or older.

But for children under 13 years old, it is illegal for Wikia/FANDOM to collect information on them, whether they post/contribute as a registered user or as an anonymous user. Therefore it is Wikia's policy to prohibit all contributions from children under 13 years old and to delete any such contributions they find.

    • They usually don't delete contributions of anonymous users. They just blank their IP so it shows up as 0.0.0.0 and globally block their actual IP.

When do they do that? I have never seen it.

    • They do it when they find an underage anonymous user. You probably didn't see it because you don't usually report underage anonymous users.
