If you're trying to request a feature, you should do it through Special:Contact/general instead.
To elaborate on what Kocka said, you can ask for a shared image repository. However, this does not work the same as an interwiki (which does not work on image). This is bound to only one wiki and is a one-way system, so it's useful if you're starting out on a different language or fan fiction version of an established wiki. But not if you want to grab stuff from all over Wikia.
Since the image you link to is called "Images (2).jpg", an extra cursory note: though this merger allows you to use the other wiki's images, it's overridden by the wiki's own. So if you were to upload something as "Images (2).jpg", it will use that instead of the other version. Another caveat; if the image is deleted or moved on the source wiki, the image will become a redlink on yours.
I don't think that is possible at this time. However, you could try hotlinking the images if you really don't want to re-upload them.
Thanks, everyone.
