FANDOM staff member, User:Brandon Rhea, posted some useful info about the semi-stealth (not very stealthy since it shows up as a choice whenever you try to start a new wiki) feature called Community Builder when discussing Community Feeds. The post also has some scary implications for Discussions.
You can see the original post here: https://psychopass.wikia.com/d/p/3100000000000003706/r/3097962938892833691
- Discussions is evolving into being part of the Feeds experience, so anything that’s post-specific in the roadmap applies to what Discussions will evolve into. But Discussions as its own independent feature was built with different technology than Feeds, so right now we’re only building for Feeds so we don’t have to duplicate the efforts.
- Community Builder is still very much in an experimental infancy and doesn’t have a clear cut roadmap yet. We do however have an early though not-yet detailed roadmap in the following links:
- https://community-builder.fandom.com/wiki/4200186/known-issues
- We also have a help page here: https://community-builder.fandom.com/wiki/4200185/getting-started
- Due to its experimental nature, we’ve kept these pages on that sandbox community for now. If we move forward with Community Builder more officially, beyond testing out hypotheses around editing, we’ll add them to Community Central as well.
