I'm cool with letting the other user adopt as long as he's willing to promote and share responsibilities. I've already extended a hand in cooperation but not sure he's interested in "sharing," as some of my recent edits have already been "reverted" to favor his own. I don't want to get into an editing war but this may be happening already. I would appreciate a fair and impartial assessment of the situation since there doesn't seem to be a large member-base in the wikia at this time.
And yes, I am also seeking to adopt the Ouran wiki and have posted a message on the Ouran forum stipulating my hope for approval. Please know that my request to adopt is no way a put-down of the current adoptive parent there - just my hope since she's been non-editing for a while and has other projects on her plate.
Thanks for monitoring this matter and I will continue editing on the PP wikia as suggested. It's just that the other user seems to be quite busy and quite forceful after only a few days a member and only in response to an S2 emerging in October. How do you suggest I proceed to edit if said user is gobbling up time and space with a clear intention of "owning" the wikia? I can be competitve but I want to be cooperative, too. I've also sent him a message asking to co-lead but have not gotten a response which concerns me.
Your guidance is appreciated.
