This may not be true and I probably don't have to worry about it at all, but is it true that if you create too many wikis like around 10-14 wikis you can get fined or be forced to pay for them for making too many or wasting them? Because that's the last thing I would want to deal with in the future.

If you scroll very far down, there will be a "Contect Wikia" thing, You can send them and e-mail and they will respond.
