I made a contribution to a page as an anonymous user and created an account right after, so the edit's on the anonymous account. Is there any way to sync my new account to the anonymous one or to prove I made the edit? Answers from anyone welcome :)

I don't believe so. We had a similar thing happen over on The Last of Us wiki, with the general consensus being that there is no way to transfer anon edits over to a registered account. If you want, you can check with Staff via http://community.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Contact/
If you really care that much about taking credit, you can make another edit and mention in the edit summary that the previous one was also yours.
There is a way, IIRC, but it requires a high level of skill and knowledge of programming. Since I have neither, I forgot who mentioned it and where :). The short version: it's an awful lot of work for one edit. If you're going to make many more edits, that one edit isn't that big of a deal.
Alternatively, you can just list to the anon's contributions page on your user page.
I really don't feel like going through super techy stuff, and honestly it isn't a big deal to me if I get credited so i'm just gonna leave it. Thanks for the help, you guys :)
