As far as D0wnt0wn's comment goes, I'd support this being added to the Terms of Use, the complete line reads; "Post or transmit any content that is obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party, or content that contains homophobia, ethnic slurs, religious intolerance, or encourages criminal conduct;" - so hopefully staff will have no problems with dealing with transphobic speech as "abusive or offensive" in the meantime.
