If there is a user account that should not have been closed, the owner of that original account should contact us. There is no need to threaten or use course language as each individual owner of an account is allowed to control their account as they will. If they ultimately chose to disable, were indeed hacked, or were found to be inelligible to have an account, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
