John Forbes Kerry (b. December 11, 1943; d. October 2, 2031) was president of the United States from 2009 to 2015.

First presidential termEdit

Kerry's first term was characterized by a focus on foreign relations.

At home, Kerry's pressure on Congress to repeal the No Child Left Behind Act succeeded in May 2010.

Second presidential termEdit

Kerry's second term focused more on domestic issues, notably pressure on states to stop taxation at the state and local levels, and the establishment of a national sales tax, levied in and redistributed to participating states.
