2.1 Wikia, Inc. hereby grants You a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license:
2.1.1 To view, use, compile, modify, and otherwise use the Source Code, in any fashion, for any purpose, including commercial purposes,
2.1.2 To redistribute the Source Code to other persons,
2.1.3 To combine the Source Code with other works, thus producing a Derivate Work based upon the Source Code,
2.1.4 To redistribute Binaries derived from the Source Code to other persons,
3. Subject to the following conditions:
3.1 If You modify the Source Code, and subsequently redistribute binaries produced by compiling or otherwise processing the Source Code ("Binaries"), or a Derivate Work thereof, you agree to make available a copy of the Source Code, including Your modifications, to any person obtaining a copy of the of the Binaries from you, free of charge;
3.2 If You make use of the Source Code in the process of providing a Service to any other persons, whether or not said Service itself makes use of the Source Code or any Derivate thereof, and whether or not a fee is charged for said Service, You agree to make available the Source Code, including Your modifications, to any user of said Service, free of charge;
