This page includes things that happen in the Ahsoka novel, so if you haven't read the novel, leave the page and read it. But if you don't care about spoilers, I'll go right ahead.

How did Ahsoka Tano, a character from the animated TV series Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels, change her second set of lightsaber crystals from red to white? Most Star Wars fans believe it is because by the time she did this, she was no longer a Jedi, and her white crystals reflected her place in the Force. But some fans, like me, know that's not true.

It is actually because the crystals have been cleansed of the dark side. The dark side user from whom Ahsoka got the crystals, the Inquisitor the Sixth Brother, turned the crystals red using a process called bleeding. Ahsoka, after causing his lightsaber to crack, then explode, killing him, during their encounter, salvaged his crystals and basically preformed the bleeding process backwards, causing them to turn white.

So, the white crystals don't represent Ahsoka's unaligned state in the Force. It just shows that they have been cleansed of the dark side. That's all for now. See you next time on anthonythomas.wikia.com!
