Need help with confirmation

Hi there. I'm Archek (not really but I'd rather be called it) I've just joined and tried to do a variety of things but it doesn't seem to want to cooperate. I can't upload my OWN photos. I can't post pictures on my site because it's been "protected from editing" wtf? And I can't post a page or wikia. Can someone care to help?
