Auto Refresh

Hello! Today I need some help. I own three wikis. Cher Lloyd, Marvin, Marvin, & Fifth Harmony. How do you add the auto refresh feature to your wiki It shows up on the top of Wiki Activity on wikis such as Sam & Cat and Victorious. Thanks!
