A newly-promoted admin almost became power abusive.
There's a new admin for Shining Time Station Wiki: http://shiningtimestation.wikia.com/wiki/User:Wellsworth96. One of the first few actions was giving a warning of something a user did in the past, before a new rule he added. It also show he doesn't care about the feedback he's getting.

Help me become an admin of a wiki
I requested that I become an admin of Thomas the Tank Engine and his Friends Wiki. It may seem like a cheap copy of the actual TTTE&F wiki; what I'm attempting to do is to make it an unofficial wiki. Meaning that anybody can add information about the franchise that the official wiki wouldn't or don't show anymore.
