Locked out of account on laptop
Sorry for the inconvenience, but for some reason, my laptop wouldn't let me log into my account. Whenever I try, it says
"There was a problem processing your request. Please try again later."
Unfortunately, at least 7 hours later, I still can't log on. I've tried clearing my cache, restarting my computer, everything that could help, but nothing has worked. This started when I was editting a wiki, but each time I tried publishing, I was only taken back to an edit page. If anyone knows what is going on, I'd appreciate a response.
Eternal Winter on Complipedia
So, usually between December and February on Complipedia, we like to have little Javascript snowflakes appear in the background for aesthetic purposes.
However, we've encountered a slight issue.
Even after clearing the Javascript page, the snowflakes still appear after a short amount of time, and everything I've tried, including purging the page's history, clearing my cache, and clearing the page yet again, the snowflakes remain.
If anyone could tell me how to remove them... please do.
Trolls
Recently there's been a string of trolls invading the Random-ness wiki. The users include Voretastic, Claud9, Okandre, Finalsmash, and Rossannaum. If they come here to say bad stuff about us admins at the Random-ness wiki, just ignore them. They endlessly are spamming "OK Andre" everywhere and are most likely 1 person on many accounts as they all were just about the same. If you can, get them globally blocked.
New Editor
I'm having trouble with the new editor. The only bug: IT'S TOO SLOW! You see, on the Complipedia (my most well-known wiki) page production have been short recently, yet I think I may know why: THE EDITOR WILL NOT WORK! I tried creating a page today but the editing part will NEVER show up! Can you please tell me what's going on?

Stop blocking Eglintons new accounts! SERIOUSLY! It appears I found the story why the acted a little "Power Crazy". He was getting all excited once and ended up going a little crazy on my wiki. Seriously. They promised not to do it again so PLEASE unban his accounts: Eglinton, PhotoshopExp, and Cuboid. They are helpful to my wiki and I need him. Please unban him.
