This is going to need a big explanation...
On some wikis, or most of them, I see users with numbers as the usernames, such as 58.020.90.150 (Example).
My theory as to why this always happens is that the people want to trick the Wikia staff into not blocking them so they can cause mischief and not get in trouble (which, they do).
Wait, but... they do need to create a username. How do they get past that?
