Yet all of them are female, there was five years when the tribes had male leaders. Each gender gets five years to be a leader of a tribe. Ex: Female leaders get five years and male genders get five years to be leaders. How do they become leaders? The leaders (Depending on gender) have to sign up for a game they do every year, there are five things they have to go through to become leader (read more about it on my other post about it).
