Coding

Okay, I don't get NUTHIN' about coding! And I'm a freaking admin on three Wiki's. Well actually I know a little bit, but I need to know how to create a template (LOTS OF THOSE), how to give out Awards, add an arrow to the bar in from the top Camp Jupiter Wiki etc. Can someone help me? Thanks!
