The Wikia header should be intact when you scroll down or up so that you won't ever have to go up to manage your account. Also, because "Notifications" in the editing is being confused with the Message Wall notifications, it should be moved at the bottom of the editing tools and the editing "Notifications" should be removed. Also, if you edit anonymously, the MediaWiki:Anoneditwarning should be seen on the bottom of the editing tools. The MediaWiki:Anonpreviewwarning should appear at the very top when you preview changes. The info about edit licensing should be moved at the bottom of the Oasis editor. We shall propose a new policy for Deletion Warring. Deletion Warring is when a user restores anything, (i.e. Message Wall threads, Files, etc.) and the admin deletes it again, and the user repeats the same action over and over again. I've been thinking about a conceivable new usergroup right. Just as there is a
bot-globalusergroup, which is essentially the "bot" group on every wiki, I think that we should consider a
admin-globalgroup. That is, it's basically an administrator, but on every wiki on Wikia.
How often do you get to use admin powers, whether due to being an administrator of a wiki or simply a "administrator"? In my experiences on Central and c:wolfenstein, the answer is "almost never". Properly used, rollback is only really important when a massive spam/vandalism attack occurs.
